Plans & Limits

This page covers Sitepins Cloud. Self-hosted installs have no plans, no limits, and no billing β€” every feature described here is unlocked. See Self-Hosting.

Sitepins Cloud has four plans: Pro, Team, Agency, and Enterprise. Every monthly and yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Current pricing is on the pricing pageΒ  β€” this page covers what you actually get.

Accounts created before October 1, 2026 keep the free Hobby plan.

Limits

Project limits are account-wide totals across all organizations you own, with no repository dependency.

ProTeamAgencyEnterprise
Organizations2510Unlimited
Total Sites (Account-wide)61530Unlimited
Private Sites (Account-wide)61530Unlimited
Members per organization355Unlimited

Flexible site allocation & no repository dependency: Site limits apply account-wide across all active organizations you own rather than being capped per organization. For example, on the Team plan (15 sites across up to 5 organizations), you can allocate all 15 sites to a single organization or distribute them across several organizations.

Furthermore, there is no repository dependency: multiple projects can connect to the same repository (e.g. different branches or subfolders) or to distinct repositories. Every active project simply counts toward your account quota.

Features by Plan

Team β€” everything in Pro, plus

FeatureWhat it unlocks
GitLab repositoriesConnect GitLab as well as GitHub
SEO InsightsTarget keyword plus 21 readability, structure, and keyword-placement checks
More organizations and members5 organizations, 5 members each

Team is the first tier to unlock GitLab and SEO Insights β€” both are gated on β€œTeam or above,” so Agency and Enterprise get them too.

Agency β€” everything in Team, plus

  • More organizations and sites β€” 30 sites across 10 organizations (up from 15 sites across 5 organizations on Team)
  • Dedicated support

Agency doesn’t unlock any feature Team doesn’t already have. It’s Team’s capabilities at double the organization capacity β€” the plan for agencies running many client organizations rather than a handful.

Enterprise β€” everything in Agency, plus

  • Unlimited sites, organizations, and users
  • Custom branding
  • Onboarding assistance

Enterprise isn’t self-serve β€” its checkout is a β€œContact Us” link rather than a card form. See Manage Subscription.

The Free Trial

Monthly and yearly plans start with a 7-day free trial. Pick a plan, enter your card at checkout, and you get that plan’s full features straight away. You’re billed when the trial ends β€” cancel before then and you aren’t charged. Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase with no trial.

Each account gets one trial. After that, checkout starts the paid plan directly.

Before You Choose a Plan

Accounts created on or after October 1, 2026 start without a plan. You can sign in and you have your default organization, but you can’t create sites or more organizations until you start a trial or buy a plan. A banner at the top of the app links to the plans.

Legacy Hobby Plan

Accounts created before October 1, 2026 keep the free Hobby plan for as long as they don’t buy one: 1 organization, 3 sites (1 private), and 1 member, with the basics listed under Pro and community support. Hobby is no longer offered to new accounts.

Downgrading

If a paid plan or trial lapses and you’re over what the account falls back to β€” the Hobby limits for accounts created before October 1, 2026, or no sites at all for newer ones β€” Sitepins archives the excess rather than deleting it:

  • Organizations over the limit are archived, newest first (your default organization always stays)
  • Projects over the limit are archived, oldest first
  • Members over the limit are trimmed, keeping the longest-standing

Nothing is deleted. Archived organizations and projects come back when you upgrade again, and your Git repositories are never touched regardless of plan.

Content already committed stays in your repository permanently β€” it’s your repo, and it works with or without Sitepins.

Tracking Your Usage

The Overview page in the account menu shows meters for organizations, sites, and users against your plan’s limits. They turn amber as you approach a limit and red when you’re nearly at it.

Team Members and Plans

Plan features are tied to the project or organization owner, not to each member. If your organization is on Pro, editors you invite get Pro features on those projects without needing their own subscription.

Upgrading

Billing in the account menu, or Cmd+K β†’ Manage billing. See Manage Subscription.
