This page covers Sitepins Cloud. Self-hosted installs have no plans, no limits, and no billing — every feature described here is unlocked. See Self-Hosting.

Sitepins Cloud has five plans: Hobby (free), Pro, Team, Agency, and Enterprise. Current pricing is on the pricing page — this page covers what you actually get.

Limits

Limits are counted per organization, which matters for how the totals work out.

HobbyProTeamAgencyEnterprise
Organizations12510Unlimited
Sites per organization3333Unlimited
Private repos per organization1333Unlimited
Members per organization1355Unlimited

Marketing materials quote the totals — “6 sites” on Pro, “15 sites” on Team, “30 sites” on Agency — which is organizations × sites per organization. The per-organization cap still applies: on Agency you can have 30 sites total, but no more than 3 in any single organization. If you need more in one place, that’s the number to watch.

Team — everything in Pro, plus

FeatureWhat it unlocks
GitLab repositoriesConnect GitLab as well as GitHub
SEO InsightsTarget keyword plus 21 readability, structure, and keyword-placement checks
More organizations and members5 organizations, 5 members each

Team is the first tier to unlock GitLab and SEO Insights — both are gated on “Team or above,” so Agency and Enterprise get them too.

Agency — everything in Team, plus

  • More organizations — 10, up from 5 (member and site limits per organization are unchanged from Team)
  • Dedicated support

Agency doesn’t unlock any feature Team doesn’t already have. It’s Team’s capabilities at double the organization capacity — the plan for agencies running many client organizations rather than a handful.

Enterprise — everything in Agency, plus

  • Unlimited sites, organizations, and users
  • Custom branding
  • Onboarding assistance

Enterprise isn’t self-serve — its checkout is a “Contact Us” link rather than a card form. See Manage Subscription.

The Free Trial

New accounts get a 15-day free trial of the paid features. No card required — the trial starts when you create your account and runs on its own.

During the trial you have full Pro-level access. When it ends, the account returns to Hobby unless you upgrade. A banner shows the days remaining and tells you when it’s over.

Downgrading

If a paid plan lapses or you cancel and end up over the Hobby limits, Sitepins archives the excess rather than deleting it:

  • Organizations over the limit are archived, newest first
  • Projects over the limit are archived, oldest first
  • Members over the limit are trimmed, keeping the longest-standing

Nothing is deleted. Archived organizations and projects come back when you upgrade again, and your Git repositories are never touched regardless of plan.

Content already committed stays in your repository permanently — it’s your repo, and it works with or without Sitepins.

Tracking Your Usage

The Overview page in the account menu shows meters for organizations, sites, and users against your plan’s limits. They turn amber as you approach a limit and red when you’re nearly at it.

Team Members and Plans

Plan features are tied to the project or organization owner, not to each member. If your organization is on Pro, editors you invite get Pro features on those projects without needing their own subscription.
